The apartment was cute with location right in front of the promenade, that's what we were expecting. Anne was the best owner ever. It had an amazing and fantastic setting close to the airport and Nice centre and bus stops, and the Beach of Nice.

Stayed at the airport, enjoyed the views of the sea, and had a great time pretending to cook in the kitchen. Also, loved the convenient location near a stadium and a cathedral.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment by the sea front. Daniel, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right on the promenade by the beach. We loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful view. Additionally, the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood that was not overrun with tourists, giving us a more authentic experience. Having the public train station right next to the apartment made it super easy for us to get around and explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available, which was very convenient. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location right at the beach made our stay extremely enjoyable.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at a beautiful apartment by the sea front. The neighborhood was lovely and not overrun with tourists. It was conveniently located close to the airport, making my journey hassle-free. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The owner, Daniel, was incredibly helpful and provided great suggestions for places to eat. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities.
The only downside was the odor coming from the garbage area downstairs, which was a bit unpleasant.

Odd bed arrangement, with twin beds in the master bedroom overlooking the seafront. Bedding and towels were of cheap quality.
